Cindy Tarno of Canton shares her cancer story Cindy Tarno has lived in Canton for 40 years and was sent here by God, and her husband, Dan Tarno, was called to pastor a church, Walnut Springs Bible Baptist Church, and is now the pastor of Grace Bible Fellowship Baptist Church. Cindy is an advocate of mammograms but hated to admit that she let life happen and did not have a mammogram in about three years.

A Wills Point man has received a sentence in the manslaughter case of his stepdad in 2021. According to the KLTV (Channel 7) website in Tyler, Braxten Robert Henderson, 22, was arrested on July 28, 2021, for running over his stepfather, Bradley Dickson, 40, of Forney, resulting in Dickson’s death.
