While the playoffs are still looming over the horizon, Van has looked sharp as ever since district play began, moving to 3-0 overall last week with convincing wins over both Athens and longtime rival Mabank.

The Eaglettes easily reached their first goal, racing out of the gates with an 18-7 record while tangling against a slate of talented opponents throughout non-district.
