Undefeated Vandals return home to host winless Bullard Friday, Oct. 22

Knowing what is ahead in their schedule the following week, focus will be the key for the Van Vandals as they return to Van’s Memorial Stadium for the first time in almost a month hosting the winless Bullard Panthers in a 7:30 p.m. kickoff Friday, Oct. 22.

Bobcats ace first district test

The number of Van Zandt County football teams without a win this season dropped from three down to two last week as Fruitvale delivered its most impressive showing of the season in a district-opening win over Savoy. Wills Point and Grand Saline will look to pick up their first wins of the season when they hit the field against Quinlan Ford and Quitman respectively.

Bulldogs, Indians race in Commerce
