Indians, Lady Indians battle Malakoff

The Grand Saline Indians and Lady Indians recently visited Malakoff in a district basketball matchup. The Indian varsity boys’ team edged Malakoff, 55-47, while the Lady Indians suffered a 64-18 defeat. The varsity girls’ season will come to a close on Feb. 4 while the boys’ varsity campaign will end a week later on Feb. 11.
