Early voting ends for Primary Election

davidb@vanzandtnews.com Early Voting ended March 1 for the March 5 Primary Election. As of the end of the business day Feb. 28, a total of 3,077 votes had been cast during the first nine days of Early Voting for the March 5 Primary Election, according to the Van Zandt County Clerk’s office.

Van ISD announces Hall of Fame members

County sends traffic study letter to TxDOT

davidb@vanzandtnews.com Citing speed limit concerns, the Van Zandt County Commissioners Court unanimously approved the signing of a letter to be sent to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) regarding two intersections on State Highway 64.
