VZCSO seeks help in case

The Van Zandt County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing adult. Todd Moses disappeared on or about Sept. 16, 2021, from the Grand Saline area. His vehicle was recovered, howev- er his whereabouts are still unknown.
