Joseph “Phillip” Lee, 66, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021, at his home in Edgewood.

Phillip was born on Feb. 10, 1955, in Dallas, to parents James Edward Lee and Dorothy May Chastain. Phillip is survived by his wife, Kim.
