James “Jim” Richard Turner, 82, of Wills Point passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Born on July 1, 1942, in Winnsboro, to Noble Turner and Voncille Goss Turner.

Jim’s life was celebrated with a visitation from 6:008:00 PM on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at Hiett’s Ly-Brand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Funeral services were at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, also at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home, with burial to follow at New Hope Cemetery.
