Funeral services for Dorothy E. Kennedy, 95, of Edgewood, were held Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023, at Cheatham Memorial United Methodist Church. Visitation was held one hour prior to service time. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood.

Dorothy Ellen Day Kennedy was born on July 8, 1927, in Quitman, the daughter of William Ray Day, Sr. and Reba Terrell Day.
