A Canton man has been sentenced to federal prison for his role in a wire fraud conspiracy in the Eastern District of Texas, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Abe Mc-Glothin, Jr.

ANDY REESE Van Zandt County Judge Van Zandt County experienced significant tree damage from May and June storms last year, downing many trees throughout the county. Road and bridge crews worked to get the trees removed from the roads, tossing them into the ditches to clear the roads for traffic.
