In Pittsburg on Aug. 13, with over 300 citizens in attendance, the Northeast Texas Regional Water Planning Group (NETRWPG) met at the Region 8 Education Service Center to discuss pressing water management issues, notably the contentious proposal for a new reservoir on Grand Saline Creek.
