Curry confirms investigation

Body Van Zandt County District Attorney Tonda Curry has confirmed that there is an ongoing investigation into allegations of excessive force used by employees of the Van Zandt County Sheriff’s Office after an email was sent to media outlets regarding the allegations last week.

Henson retires, court approves services agreement

VZ County cities start year off strong

Body The Texas State Comptroller’s Office delivered its first sales tax revenue collection report of the year Jan. 12, indicating that six out of seven local cities had shown gains when comparing January 2022 totals against those posted during the same calendar month the previous year.
