Wills Point ISD’s Loryn Witherspoon and Kate Keierleber have been selected to participate in the 2026 Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) All-Star Softball Game. Witherspoon has earned the honor of competing as a player, recognizing her outstanding performance, work ethic, and character on and off the field.
The Van Vandals and the Canton Eagles were well represented on the Blue Bell/Texas Sports Writers Association (TSWA) Class 4A All-State Football Team recently released. Vandal offensive guard Landon Robinson (6-1, 300-pound senior) was named to the All-State First Team.
The District 9-3A, Division 2, champion Edgewood Bulldogs and the district runner-up, the Grand Saline Indians, were well represented on the Blue Bell/ Texas Sports Writers Association (TSWA) Class 3A All-State Football Team that was recently released.
