With Mayor Lou Ann Berry absent, as she was in Austin for a meeting advocating against commercial water well drilling in Anderson and Henderson Counties, the responsibilities of presiding over the meeting fell to Mayor Pro-Tem Blake Fowler.

Last November, 77 million Americans sent a clear message: stop the open borders, crippling inflation, and weakness on the world stage. After four years of Biden’s failures, they chose a course correction.

February 1, 1970 – July 10, 2025 Nathan Morrissey, 55, of Edgewood passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at his home. Nathan Forrest Morrissey was born on February 1, 1970, in Concord, MA, to parents Lloyd Perry and Jacquelyn Warren.
