Frances Geraldine Crawford Morton passed away in Dallas, on Nov. 27, 2021, at the age of 93.

Services for Alice Irene Goodson, 79, of Mineola, were held Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, at Roundflat Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Doug Barker and Bro. Homer Morgan officiating, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mrs. Goodson passed away Dec. 1, 2021, at her home in Mineola. She was born Dec. 9, 1941. Mrs. Goodson is preceded in death by her parents; Emmett and Della Lee Clark Barker and husband, James Earl “Jim” Goodson.

Funeral services for Mary Lydonia Weeks, 90, of Wills Point, were held Monday, Dec. 6, 2021, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Burial followed at Creagleville Cemetery. Mary passed away on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021, at her home. Mary Lydonia Raymond was born on May 19, 1931, in Grand Saline, to parents, Charlie Gilbert Raymond and Martha Bernice Tharp Raymond.

William Wayne Tippett, Jr., 53, of Canton, passed away Nov. 10, 2021, in Athens. He was born Nov. 28, 1967, in Grand Saline. He served in the US Navy and then worked as a roughneck in the oilfield. Mr. Tippett was preceded in death by his father, William Wayne Tippett, Sr. Survivors include his mother and stepdad, Frankie and Bobby Phillips of Grand Saline.

Jerry Tom Airhart, 79, of Roswell, New Mexico, passed away on Nov. 29, 2021, in Roswell. There will be a service held at 1 p.m., Dec. 6, 2021, at Forrest Heights United Methodist Church, 3007 33rd St., Lubbock, with Pastor Doug Hensley officiating.

Donald Joe Sturdevant, 72, of Wills Point, Texas, passed away on Monday, Nov. 22, 2021, in Forney. Donald was born on Sept. 10, 1949, in Dallas, to the late Edgar and Ruby Sturdevant. He was raised in Dallas. Donald married the love of his life; his late wife, Susan Goss on April 8, 1972. He retired from Big D Quality Printing in 2012. Donald enjoyed fishing and had a fishing barge named Hobo.

A celebration of life for Theo C. “Cotton” Miles, 97, of Wills Point, were held Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, at Russell Memorial United Methodist Church in Wills Point with a reception immediately following. Services were under the direction of Hiett’s Ly-Brand Funeral Home.

Charlotte Ann Hale, 86, of Wills Point, passed away on Tuesday, Nov 23, 2021, in Dallas. Charlotte was born on March 14, 1935, in Hawley, to the late Alton and Pauline Faulks.

Funeral services for Michael Charles Boggs, 82, of Edgewood, were held Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021, at New Beginning Baptist Church in Edgewood.

SueZan Goldsborough Stutts, 71, of Wills Point, passed away peacefully at her home Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021, at Eubank Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Prather officiating.
