Services for Peggy Gilchrist Ploss, 68, of Addison, were held Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Bro. Darrell Gilchrist officiating. Visitation was one hour prior to the service. Interment was in Prairie Springs Cemetery in Ben Wheeler. Mrs. Ploss passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2021, at her home.

Services for Taylor Layne, 18, of Canton, were held Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at Eubank Funeral Home, with a visitation held before the service. Taylor passed away on Dec. 17, 2021, in Tyler. She was born Dec. 17, 2003, in Benton, Arkansas.

Tina Loretta Parker, founder of Tina’s Hair Affaire and co-founder of Suzzette’s Cabin Candles, died on Dec. 17, 2021, in Athens.

A funeral service was held for Martha E. Lide, 86, of Canton, Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2021, at Eubank Funeral Home, with Bro. Mike Roberson officiating. Martha went home to the Lord on Dec. 15, 2021, in Tyler.

Judith Juanell Gradick Putnam was born March 21, 1944, in Dallas, to the late Fletcher Jefferson Gradick and Evelyn Prue Becknell Gradick. She was a resident of Canton and worked in accounting. Judy passed away at the age of 77 on Dec. 26, 2021, in Tyler.

In loving memory of Dennis R Burley born Dec. 1, 1943, and passed on Dec. 11, 2021. Dennis was a loving father and an anchor for the family. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and golfer. He is deeply missed. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Barbara Burley, and his parents Howard and Betty Burley of Seattle.
