Wrong way driver causes fiery crash

On Sunday, Nov. 21, a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper arrested a man who fled on foot after he drove the wrong way on Interstate 20 and crashed his car into an 18-wheeler, according to Van Zandt County Sheriff Steve Hendrix.

The Edgewood Heritage Festival was held Nov. 13, in downtown Edgewood. The festival was a success with a large number of attendees strolling through the Edgewood Heritage Museum displays, looking at classic cars, shopping merchants and testing out a number of festival foods. Event participants dressed in period costume with live demonstrations of a blacksmith, musical entertainment and more.
