Thomas Hudgin Willmon III has moved home to live with his mom in heaven. Thomas entered this world on Feb.

Ernest Michael “Mike” Smith, 71, formerly of Wills Point, passed away Monday, Feb. 14, in West Columbia, South Carolina, following a sudden illness. Visitation was held Tuesday, Feb. 22, and the service was Wednesday, Feb. 23, both at Hiett’s Lybrand Funeral Home in Wills Point.

Kerry Wayne Priddy, 72, of Wills Point, passed away on Feb. 15, 2022, in Dallas.

Bonnie Jean Modlin, 84, of Edgewood, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022, in Tyler.

Services for John Powell, 87, of Athens, formerly of Canton, were held Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Pastor Mike Roberson officiating. Interment was in Haven of Memories.

Jerry Richard Neill, 71, passed away on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at Dallas Regional Hospital in Mesquite.

Nathan Bryan Young, 73, of Duncanville, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, in Ennis.
