Funeral services for Joyce Marie Spence, 72, of Edgewood were held Monday, Feb. 27, 2023, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation was held one hour prior to service time.

Joyce passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023, in Plano.

Joyce Marie Whitfield was born on Aug. 4, 1950, in Palacios, Texas, to parents, Roger Clyde Whitfield and Julia Christeen Brannan Whitfield.
