Funeral services for Inez Wakefield, 90, of Wills Point were held Monday, Nov. 3 at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home.

Burial followed at White Rose Cemetery. Visitation was held one hour prior to service time.

Inez passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

Born Bessie Inez Spears on October 5, 1935, in Wills Point. She was the daughter of Forrest and Catherine Johnson Scott.
