The Friends of the Van Zandt County Library has announced that their annual Christmas Bow Project is now underway. “The Bow Project is held every year to fund the purchase of children’s books for the VZC/Sarah Norman Library,” pointed out VZC/ Sarah Norman Library Director Tonja Garten.
