The AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) and the Van Zandt County/ Sarah Norman Library, located at 317 First Monday Lane in Canton, are sponsoring a driver safety class from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19.

Pearson, Phillips preparing for smooth transition in VZC Pct. 3

Pearson’s successor, Bobby Phillips, who currently works part-time for Pearson, will be sworn in as the new VZC Pct. 3 Commissioner on January 1, 2025.
