Funeral services for Mary Lydonia Weeks, 90, of Wills Point, were held Monday, Dec. 6, 2021, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Burial followed at Creagleville Cemetery. Mary passed away on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021, at her home.

William Wayne Tippett, Jr., 53, of Canton, passed away Nov. 10, 2021, in Athens. He was born Nov. 28, 1967, in Grand Saline. He served in the US Navy and then worked as a roughneck in the oilfield.
