Doris “Dot” Marie Moore, a long-time resident of Wills Point, passed away on July 19, 2022. Dot was born on May 1, 1929, to Verlyn and Edmond Rancher in Waco.

Services for Mr. Arthur Owens, 100, of Grand Saline, were held Monday, July 11, 2022, at Bartley Funeral Home with Daniel Owens officiating.

Funeral services for Leola Helen Lyons, of Wills Point, were held Friday, July 15, 2022, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Burial followed at Greenwood Cemetery.

Funeral services for Tomasa Gutierrez Walton, 88, of Wills Point, were held Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Visitation was held one hour prior to service. Burial followed at DFW National Cemetery on Thursday.

Micheal “Red” Maher passed away July 8, 2022. He was born in Dallas September 15, 1957.

Funeral services for Kelly “Thomas” Williams, 28, of Mount Pleasant, were held Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Visitation was held two hours prior to service time. Burial followed at White Rose Cemetery.

Cindy Dell Heddin, 60, of Canton, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2022. Cindy was born April 24, 1962 to parents, C.J. Gunderson and Peggy Sapp. She married the love of her life, Dennis Heddin Jan. 11, 1985, in Mabank. Cindy was a caring and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother; who loved spending time with her beautiful family, as well as her cats, N2 and Kitty Kitty. She enjoyed yard work and gardening. The best feeling was sitting on the front porch with a hot coffee or cold Dr. Pepper.

Margaret Louise Mahl, 68 of Wills Point, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday, July 17, 2022. Margaret was born on Oct.

Paul (PJ) John Walukas III was born July 3, 1983, in Kaufman, Texas, to Paul John Walukas, Jr. and Lisa Diane Turner Gavin.

Mary Olive Mills Huddleston of Bearden, Arkansas, formerly of Wills Point, passed away July 2, 2022, in Bearden, Arkansas. Funeral services were held Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point.
