A remarkable freshman at Edgewood High School is making waves in the gaming community. Luke Hunter, at just 15 years old, stands as one of the fastest documented solitaire players globally and perhaps the youngest to reach this elite level Luke’s journey into the world of solitaire began when friends introduced him to the classic card game.

The 2026 Spring severe weather season is not too far away, and the National Weather Service and local public safety officials want you to be ready. The National Weather Service (NWS) Office located in Fort Worth will be conducting a free Severe Weather Education class in Van Zandt County on Tuesday, Jan.
