Funeral services for James Lloyd Allen, 91, of Fruitvale, were held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood. Burial followed at Small Cemetery.

James passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, in Grand Saline.

James Lloyd Allen was born on Nov. 6, 1931, in the Riverside Community of Grand Saline, to parents James Iruna Allen and Effie Leora Garrett Allen.
