Funeral services for Candeleria ‘Candy’ Hinson, 77, of Grand Saline were held Monday, May 19, 2025, at Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home in Edgewood, with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service.

Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery. Candy passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, May 12, 2025.

She was born on February 2, 1948, in Edgewood to parents Felix Vasquez, Sr. and Porfiria Flores Vasquez.
