1968-2023

Amy Dare, beloved mother, wife, sister, aunt, fierce friend, and beautiful person, passed away on Tuesday, March 21.

She was surrounded by family and with who she loved most at her side.

Amy was born on March 28, 1968, and left us on March 21, 2023.

Amy was unforgettable. She was so full of energy, charisma, and beauty. Amy lit up every room she was in. She had the gentlest heart and always helped those in need, even before herself. She worked tirelessly doing everything from waitressing, woodworking, to air conditioning in order to provide for her children.

Amy is survived by son, Anthony Simpson; son, Bruce A. Dare; son, Zachariah Dare; daughter, Rainy Day Dare; daughter, Violet Dare; husband, Bruce E. Dare; sister, Dawn Szydlowski; grandson, Wilde Simpson, and countless loved ones.

Amy was preceded in death by father, Gerald Dewey, and mother, Virginia Dewey.
