Allen Hulstine Sr passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025, in Sherman.

He was born on March 9, 1941, in Kingston, Oklahoma. He had a career of 30 years with GTE.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Elsie Marie Catlett Hulstine, son Allen Hulstine Jr (Susan), daughter Sandra Hambleton (Ray), and grandchildren Aidan, and Madilyn Hulstine, and DJ Graybill (Carly); and brothers, John and Aaron Hulstine.

Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Letisha; his stepmother, Trannie Hulstine; and siblings, Art Hulstine, Jean Nichols, Mary Anderson, and Sharon Siegel.

A private family ceremony will be held in Kingston, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made in his memory to cancer research.
