November 21, 1945-September 28, 2025 Charles Bryant, 79, of Mountain View, Arkansas, formerly of Canyon, passed away on September 28, 2025, at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas. Charles was born on November 21, 1945, in Grand Saline to the late Esker Reginald and Nina Lee (Whitus) Bryant.

Throughout Texas, numerous quilt guilds have been making and donating quilts to the victims of the flood in Kerrville area. As was previously reported, the Texas Star Quilter’s Guild of Canton started a program to make the donation quilts.
