Eagles lone undefeated team remaining in VZC

davidb@vanzandtnews.com After three weeks of non-district varsity football action, the Canton Eagles are now the only remaining undefeated team in Van Zandt County. Depending on which district they are competing in, teams have either one or two non-district contests remaining before the battles for district championships and potential positioning for post-season play begins.

Van Zandt County Judge I had an opportunity to attend an event held here in Van Zandt County this past weekend on the shores of South Lake Tawakoni. The event was sponsored by Kayla Gabbard Ministries who provided the staff to perform baptisms for those who show up, and they showed up.
