Steven G. Brown, 71, of Tyler, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022. He was born April 4, 1951, to parents Oscar and Ethel Brown. Steve was baptized at the Canton Church of Christ when he was 11 years old.

Steve graduated from Canton High School in 1969. He served our country in the Navy for two years during the Vietnam War. He married Charlotte Woolverton and had two children, Jonathan and Julie. He was a certified welder and pipeline inspector for many years.

Survivors include Jonathan, Erica, Julie, Todd, two grandchildren, Taylor and BreAnna; two brothers; two sisters; many nieces; a nephew; great-nieces and great-nephews; many in-laws and cousins.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a niece.

A memorial service was held Friday, May 13, 2022, at Eubanks Funeral Home, 27532 State Hwy 64, Canton, TX.
