The family will received friends from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Del Refugio passed away January 31, 2025, at her residence in Fruitvale. She was born July 4, 1952, in Sombrerete, Zacatecas, Mexico, to J. Natividad and Ma Carlos Estupinan De La Fuente.
