Joe Charles Maner, Jr. of Wills Point passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, with his wife by his side. A Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023, at 12:30 pm., at The Webb Chapel Church of Christ, 13425 Webb Chapel Road in Farmers Branch. Arrangements were made under the direction of Hiett’s LyBrand Funeral Home.
