Services for Thomas Melvin Monk, 86, of Grand Saline were held Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Bartley Funeral Home, with Bro. Homer Morgan officiating.

Interment was in Creagleville Cemetery. Mr. Monk passed away April 8, 2025, in Grand Saline. He was born September 9, 1938, in Grand Saline, to Thomas Benjamin and Gladys Irene (Douthitt) Monk.

Thomas lived in Grand Saline all his life. He owned and operated Monk Mobil in Grand Saline for many years. Thomas proudly served in the U.S. Army.
