1964 – 2024

Larry Dean Pruitt was born October 13, 1964, in Fort Worth. He had been a resident of the Irving/Plano area for 25 years, formerly of Van. He worked in electrical sales all of his career, starting at Dealer’s Electric. He worked for Elliott Electrical Supplies as a senior sales representative. He enjoyed all things Dallas sports, and listened to The Ticket sports radio station daily. He enjoyed playing golf, racquetball, and loved to work out.

Larry passed away at the age of 59 on May 27, 2024, at his home. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lesa Pruitt.

Survivors include his two sons and daughters-inlaw, Jacob and Elizabeth Pruitt of N. Richland Hills and Austin and Alix Pruitt of Round Rock; mother, Jo Gilchrist of Van; father and stepmother, John & Mary Pruitt of Canton; one grandson, Finn Pruitt; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Penny and Robby Dutton of Garden Valley, Stacey and Wes Hightower of Van, and Tracey and Blake Boroughs of Van; and many nieces and nephews.
