The Root Seekers Genealogical Society recently announced its 2025 meeting schedule with the first meeting of the near year scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8. All meetings for 2025 will be held at the Tri-County Library located on Market Street in Mabank.

There will be a free weight loss class beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan.
