William C. Langston “Bill”, a longtime resident of Wills Point, Texas passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021 in Garland, Texas, at the age of 81.

Bill was born on April 7, 1940, in Wills Point to Eugene and Lillian Langston. He graduated from Wills Point High School in 1958 and received his bachelors degree from Texas A&M. Bill and Sylvia found their way back together, uniting in marriage on April 3, 1993. Bill and Sylvia were high school sweethearts back in the late 1950s. After high school, they went on different paths, Bill joining the Army and Sylvia starting her family. Yet they found each other again to spend the rest of their years together where they shared their life in Wills Point. They were members at New Release Fellowship in Wills Point. Bill enjoyed being outside, being with family and loved to travel. He was on the Board of Directors over Union Grove Cemetery.

To cherish his memories, he leaves behind his stepson Michael Malone and Joyce of Depere, Wisconsin; stepdaughter Dawn Michelle Anglin and Michael of Mesquite, Texas; sister, Linda Krantz and Wayne of Senath, Missouri; nieces, Kelli Krantz Hulsman and Dave of Wills Point and Trina LaCour and Roy; nephews Philip Langston and Spring of Wills Point; step-grandchildren, Lauren Wagner, Lindsey Malone, Emily Malone, Ashley Anglin and Natalie Anglin and great-nephews, David Wayne Hulsman and Erin and Josh Hulsman, Jacob Hulsman and Noah Hulsman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brother Jerry Rankin Langton and nephew, Jerry Lynn Krantz.

Services will be held at a later date. Bill will be laid to rest at Union Grove Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of Allan Fuller Funeral Home of Wills Point, Texas.
