Robert Kuhn

A private memorial service will be held at a later date for Robert Mitchell Kuhn, 78, of Canton.

Mr. Kuhn passed away Dec. 16, 2020, in Greenville. He was born Nov. 4, 1942, in Midnight, Mississippi, to Percy Frizzell and Victoria Parr Kuhn.

Robert grew up in the Jackson, Mississippi, area and graduated from Florence High School. He then served in the U.S. Army where he was stationed in Germany. Upon returning to the states, Robert took a job with Delta Airlines where he worked 30 years until retiring. He devoted his life to his kids and grandkids and was affectionately known as “Grumpy.”

Mr. Kuhn is preceded in death by his parents and eight brothers and sisters.

Robert is survived by his three children and their spouses, Chris and Micah Kuhn of Canton, Casey and Ben Chapman of Kingwood and Victoria and Jake Asher of Ash Flat, Arkansas and seven grandchildren, Carter, Cason, Cailynn, Levi, Gage, Shane Caden and Della.
