Services for Anna Rose Brown, 83, of Canton, were held Friday, March 26, at Eubank Funeral Home with David Pulley officiating. Interment was in Haven of Memories.
Mrs. Brown passed away March 22, 2021, at her home. She was born Jan. 8, 1938 in Canton to Newton and Annie Frances Brown Pulley.
Anna Rose married Ben Morris Brown on May 5, 1956. Early in her marriage she was a homemaker and a seamstress. She worked for Canton ISD for over 30 years and retired as the director of fiscal affairs. Anna Rose enjoyed farming, working with their cattle, flower gardening and crafts. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Gerald and Jimmy Pulley. Anna Rose is survived by her husband, Ben; two daughters and their husbands, Mauricia and Sandy Sims and Linda and Stuart Sharp; six grandchildren, Emily Cypert, Kelly Ann Sims, Lewis Sharp, Analie Aaron, Amy Sims and Alysia Messa; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
Pallbearers were Sandy Sims, Stuart Sharp, Jason Cypert, David Aaron, Lewis Sharp and Austin Cypert.
