Last year’s headline of the same building read “Disturbing the Peace” after tornadoes in 2019 swept through downtown Canton, smashing buildings in its path. According to the City of Canton, plans are underway to take the facades down to the original building with plans on turning the building into a functional space in Canton. There is no specific word on what exactly the building would be used for at this time.
