Malefactor Club donates to VZC Child Welfare

The Malefactor Motorcycle Club donated $850 to the VZC Child Welfare Board Wednesday, Nov. 22.

“The Malefactor Motorcycle Club is primarily a veteran’s support group. We have done everything from building wheelchair ramps to assisting a veteran with donations of money and clothing, along with repairing and bringing up to code a natural gas line, after he lost his home in a fire,” said Cameron Poland, member of the Malefactor Motorcycle Club.

Poland said that this year, the club donated $850 to the VZC Child Welfare Board. Poland’s relative, VZC Constables Pct. 4 Pat Jordan, is a member of the club as well.

“We finance everything we do out of our own pockets. We plan on raising more and having it donated by Dec. 10. If people would like to donate they can reach me at 903-513-2861 or a member at 903-952-9767.  We also are setting up computers and have several associates that are good with the VA system so we will be offering those services. We have a man on premises 24-hours a day in case a veteran just needs an ear to talk too when he's fighting his demons,” stated Poland.
