Services for Susan Hunter, 50, Van, were held at 4 p.m. Friday, August 1, at Hilliard Funeral Home, Van, with Bryan Hunter officiating.
Burial was in Tyler Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hunter died July 28, 2008 at her residence.
She was born June 24, 1958 in Tyler. She has been a resident of Van for almost 30 years. She retired from UT Health Center, where she worked in medical records. She was a member of Van Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles "J.C." Davis; aunt, Pauline McMasters; and grandmother, Suella Reppond Williams.
Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Jessica and Chad Whitehead, and Melissa Hunter, all of Van; mother, Nalda Davis, Van; grandchildren, Jaysyn Danforth and Chas Whitehead; and other relatives.
